Our Story
The Nuru Orphanage CBO, founded in 2014 by Muteti Ndunda in Bamburi, Mombasa, Kenya, is a community-based organization that serves as an orphanage, school, and church. Dedicated to housing and educating vulnerable children from infancy to age 19, it provides a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for holistic development.

In 2024, Nuru Orphanage CBO expanded its efforts through a partnership with Becca and Haley, enhancing its efforts to offer shelter, education, and spiritual support. The initiative continues to grow in years to come.
